Since 1973, TECNOLOGIC has devoted itself to designing, manufacturing
and selling a range of high-technology electronic instruments able
to meet needs in the industrial processes and automation field where
specific management of parameters involved in controlling
temperature, counting and timing operation is required. PROCESS CONTROLLERS Microprocessor-based and analogue regulators typically used for controlling temperature, but also suitable for humidity and pressure. The microprocessor-based instruments, in particular, offer great flexibility thanks to on-field programming of the most suitable parameters for the control. Many models also have PID control and AUTOTUNING,FAST TUNING,SELFTUNING, SOFT START and HEATER BREAK functions, which automatically calculate control parameters and detect heating element breakdown respectively. Other models are available for controlling motordriven actuators, and with the option of an RS485 serial communication interface. REFRIGERATION CONTROLLERS All microprocessor-based and used for controlling the most elementary refrigeration units such as static units, with defrost by stopping the compressor, or more complex such as ventilated units with defrost by electric heating or reverse cycle. All the regulators have several programmable parameters which allow complete control over the temperature regulating functions and defrosting management by intervalcycles or at programmed times (REAL TIME CLOCK). TIMERS Microprocessor-based or analogue timers with a wide range of time scales and operating functions which may be fitted inside the panel or flush-mounted. Some models have been designed for specific applications such as, for example, defrosting timers. COUNTERS All microprocessor-based and are typically used in industrial applications, such as piece counters, but also as feeding devices, thanks to their high counting rate. They have a set of configuration parameters which may be programmed by the user and which allow considerable operating flexibility. PANEL METERS All digital and are available for measuring several variables such as temperature, pressure, humidity, number of revolutions, time, pulses, etc. PROBES AND ACCESSORIES · Temperature probes such as thermocouples, RTD and thermistors produced in standard formats or according to the clients specifications.· Capacitive humidity and humidity/temperature probes with 4...20 mA analogue output signal.· Pressure probes with two-wire connections and 4...20 mA analogue output signal.· External power supply transformers which comply with insulation and safety rules· Instrument's parameters programming system through personal computer and key.· Plants monitoring system by means of RS 485 network· Datalogger· Data acquisition and recording systems CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE Software available to program through a PC the instrument’s operating parameters. SUPERVISION AND MONITORING SOFTWARE Complete development software suitable for monitoring the instruments functions and the whole plant.Simplicity of programming and use. |
