TechnoGR Srl was founded in 1990. In years since, it has achieved a
great experience in the design and building of safety, measuring and
sensing optical sensors. SAFETY PRODUCTS The community directives prescribe that the building and first of all the planning of industrial machines respect precise standards, mainly as regards safety. The use of safety devices such as the protection of machines or dangerous areas has replaced the old mechanical systems. The possibility to create an immaterial protection for instance around a press or a robotised area offers big advantages bot on the functional side (often also economical) and on the safety one. The many types of machines and the various shapes of working areas have determined the need for planning and building versatile safety systems from the use point of view. All the safety products we product conform with the most recent European directives (61496-1/2) and are certified by TÜV, a German certification agency with seat in Münich. Our range of safety barriers makes it possible to protect any machine; it is moreover possible to build products devoted to special applications. MEASUREMENT The dimensional measuring devices realised by us are the answer to pressing needs to constant monitor goods production or management processes. As a matter of fact, they are applied in various sectors that range from the automatic painting machines (shape control), to palletizers, packaging, automatic warehouses, airports (load dimension control), post offices and carriers. It is possible to measure height, width, length, perimeter, area and volume. All our systems are "integrated", that is to say they do not need outer control units; as a matter of fact, all the electronic system is completely on board. The easy use and installation of these devices make them highly technological and very versatile. DETECTION The sensing needs are many and practically concern any sector; as a matter of fact, everywhere, in the industrial sector, it is possible to see some applied sensors. You can range from the most "simple" sensors, such as photocells, to the most sophisticated ones capable of solving many problems even thanks to the high sensitivity and the optimum opto-electric features they show. Some typical applications are the sensing of sheets (paper, rubber, nylon), badges, extruded parts, the counting both of belt-conveyed and cascade-conveyed pieces (the high reaction speed enables precise counts), the check of projections, the presence of fabric, etc. We can practically supply you with a sensitive "eye" to be placed in the most strategic points. |
